Nicholas has been married to Michelle for 20 years and is a father of two teenage children. Starting off his working life in a surfboard factory sweeping the floors taught him the value of hard work and not taking yourself too seriously. As someone who had enjoyed living on the coast and at times poking fun at people who lived in Canberra,
the Lord relocated him to the Capital in 2010. Nicholas has previously worked in public health, business and Federal Government, consulting and a number of start-up organisations. Nicholas is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an accredited Coach, Trainer and public speaker. Nicholas is currently studying a Masters of Global Leadership at Fuller Seminary. Knowing God’s Grace and restoration first hand, Nicholas is passionate about people knowing Jesus Christ, seeing lives transformed, lifelong learning, creating healthy organisations, and helping people walk in their calling.

Susan Daniel
Regional Director Queensland

Susan Daniel lives in Queensland on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. She has always had a focus to see people walk in wholeness, a desire birthed from her own story and the freedom experienced when she allowed Jesus to bring healing  completed her Adv Dip in Counselling & Family Therapy (Christian). She began her role as an Assessor with aifc in 2008, and completed her Master of Counselling at Griffith University in 2010. Susan currently has the role of regional director in Queensland. She holds a Pastor’s credential with the Australian Christian Churches movement and was director for their Chaplaincy Department in Qld & NT for 5 years. She has worked in the community for the past 20 years as well as running her own private counselling practice since 2008. Susan has a passion to see people being equipped to “Go” into their world and minister the love and gospel of Jesus Christ, and see His Kingdom come. She believes aifc courses offer a fundamental part in this equipping.

Sally is passionate about counselling and training the next generation of Christian counsellors. With over 12 years of experience in counselling, business, management, human resources, and training, she has a strong passion for people and education. Sally holds qualifications in counselling, psychology, training, and business. Currently, she is the General Manager -  leading the development of training material for accredited courses within aifc.
